Manufactured in Germany, the BIOMAT AirBox ventilated collection pail has 384 perforations for air circulation, and in combination with BIOMAT waste bags for compostables it performs true miracles: a real breath of fresh air for compostable waste! Thanks to the membrane effect of the bin liners for compostables and the perforations in the AirBox, water can evaporate, thereby leaving the compostable waste drier and fresher. So you can finally take a deep breath again - and fruit flies are a thing of the past.
The BIOMAT® bio-waste bag does not only feel velvety soft. The breathable bio-foil is responsible for ensuring that the bio-waste collection is fresh and loose. Compostable according to EN 13432 and US Standard ASTM D6400 (BPI).
It is biodegradable and compostable and guaranteed free from genetically manipulated raw materials. Its durability and wet strength are convincing. The biowaste bag is also suitable for self-composting and can be inserted into the BIOMAT® AirBox with a simple handle. The bio-waste bags also help to improve the purity of the separately collected bio-waste. A modern biowaste treatment plant can then process 250,000 tons of biowaste into 48,000 tons of compost and 83,000,000 kWh of bio natural gas.
The biowaste bags are available with or without handles, on space-saving tear-off rollers or in the storage box.
Available sizes: 10, 15 and 30 litres (1.2, 2.6, 3 gallons)
As is generally known, there is a lot going onin organic and recyclable material bins. Dirt, maggots and stench are often the consequences. Washing out such a bin is also no real pleasure. The BIOMAT® waste sacks help you to keep the bin sparkling clean without having to wash it. They save water, prevent odour and maggot problems in the summer and freezing of waste in the winter is a thing of the past. In addition, they prove their elasticity and can be easily stretched over the bins. This also protects the edge of the bin.
The waste sacks can be used for all standardised residual waste, organic waste and recycling bins in sizes from 60l to 240l. They are biodegradable, compostable and free of genetically modified raw materials.
BIOMAT® waste sacks are available on space-saving tear-off rolls or in the storage box. Compostable according to EN 13432 and US Standard ASTM D6400 (BPI).
Available sizes: 60, 80, 120 and 240 litres (13, 35 and 64 gallons)
Because wood is not the same as wood and paper bag is not the same as paper bag. This is why we have created an innovation with the BIOMAT® kraft paper bags, which has what it takes to become a real classic for organic waste, bio-bins and garden waste.
The paper sacks are therefore available in three versions. Firstly, there is the bio-waste bag made of kraft paper, which is wonderfully suitable for pre-collection in the household.
It is accompanied by a kraft paper bag, which helps to keep organic waste bins clean. Natural brown and wet-strength and with individual printing on request.
Available sizes: 7, 8, 10, 80, 120 and 240 litres
Last but not least, we have the garden waste bag made of kraft paper in our range. It is the ideal partner in the garden for cutting leaves, lawn, trees and shrubs.
Available sizes: 80, 120 and 240 litres
Our waste bags and sacks are also available ready for shelf as private label.
Optical Sorting is becoming more and more important - especially in the municipal sector. In composting and biogas plants, it is necessary to detect impurities in advance to ensure the purity of the compost. By marking organic waste bags with colour features, for example, certified organic waste bags can be identified and pre-sorted by the waste collectors or by machine when the organic waste bins are emptied.
